BREAKING: Workers file 23 new sexual harassment cases against McDonald’s, protest at Chicago HQ

McDonald’s workers across the country are fighting back against sexual harassment, protesting at McDonald’s Chicago headquarters, and filing 23 new cases against the company in coordination with the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund and the ACLU — as detailed in The New York Times.

This week, McDonald’s shareholders are meeting in person and they need to hear our message loud and clear. Stand with workers by signing the #MeToo McDonald’s petition to demand a safe workplace.

McDonald’s continues to look the other way while workers are harassed on the job every single day. It’s outrageous. Unacceptable. Wrong. We deserve better.

That’s why McDonald’s workers were joined by Padma Lakshmi in Chicago to stand up against sexual harassment and demand a safe workplace free of violence and harassment.
