Photos: With Big Win in New York, Home Care and Child Care Workers Join the Fight For $15 across the Nation

After New York State officially approved a $15 wage for every fast-food worker across the state, workers across the country rallied to stand with them and all underpaid workers.

Venetta Strickland, a child care worker in Raleigh, had this to say about the victory: “The Fight for $15 is about our future, and our children’s futures. When we stick together we can win $15 in New York and in cities and states around the country.”
