On April 27, the Biden-Harris administration signed an executive order that will give raises to up to 390,000 workers by establishing a $15 minimum wage for all federal contractors.
TODAY: President Biden to raise wages for hundreds of thousands of federal contractors to $15 an hour via executive order. It’s time for Congress to follow suit and #RaiseTheWage for ALL U.S. workers to $15 an hour. #FightFor15 https://t.co/Q036iN13Do pic.twitter.com/Xk0hVcUWsK

About half of workers who would see a raise will be women and roughly half will be Black or Hispanic workers. This is a victory for the Fight for $15 and for Black and Brown workers everywhere. But our work is far from over.
We can’t let up. Now, it’s up to us to make sure we WIN for all minimum wage workers, for our families, and for justice.
Join us by sharing this tweet to celebrate our work and demand Congress pass $15/hr for ALL workers.
